I'm here to share all about my adventures traveling and living abroad along with easy, wholesome recipes. I'm from Seattle and Chicago and I have now lived in Zambia for about 4 years! I teach third grade at an international school. When I'm not grading, lesson planning and researching, you would find me cooking, soaking in the sun with a book, exercising or planning my next adventure!
